RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If the item you have bought from us, either in our shop or online is faulty, please contact us for a full refund.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase(s), we will either exchange your item(s) for another or issue a gift voucher of equal value, providing the items are returned unused and in their original condition including packaging and labelling.
Please return your purchase(s) to the shop within 14 days with a receipt as proof of purchase.

Pierced jewellery and gift cards are excluded from our returns policy
If you paid by credit or debit card any refund must go to the card you used to purchase
If you paid by gift card the refund will go on to another gift card
Gift receipts can be used to return an item for exchange or gift card but not a refund
Returns after 14 days will not be issued
This does not affect your statutory rights.
TO RETURN FOR A REFUND ONLINE:
Please contact us with your Name, Email Address and Order Number to woodsmansrealm@hotmail.com and return the unused item to our shop address: 17A Bridge Street, Skibbereen, Co Cork, P81 WR96.
If you do not include this information we may not be able to refund you.
We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges. Please note that if you received free shipping and the refund brings you under the free shipping cap we will deduct our shipping costs off your refund.
Used merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault, pierced jewellery and skincare are excluded from our online returns policy
EXCHANGES:
We do also offer exchanges on some online purchases, please contact us directly before sending back your item.
