Black Obsidian Mirror

Black Obsidian is a powerful crystal for personal growth and transformation. It is used to look inwards to enable shadow work; to bring forth truths and ultimately to protect. 
 
Black Obsidian is known for its strength and symbolically represents the “mirror” in which the totality of the being is reflected, with both shadow and light.
 
One of its characteristics is to directly show those limiting and obscured aspects of oneself, in order to give the opportunity to heal, release or integrate them. To do this, it can bring to light blockages, traumas and memories from the past.
